Costa \| Kathleen Biryla \| Matthew Valauri Matthew is currently enrolled as a candidate for a Juris Doctor degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School for the class of 2008. Since he has enrolled, he has participated in the Desmond, Constitutional Law, Moot Court Competition; is currently the Clerk of the Alden Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International; and is also a member of the Editorial Staff of the Buffalo Intellectual Property Law Journal. He obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a concentration in Human Resources Management, and a minor in Philosophy, from the University of Massachusetts in 2004. He has been with the firm since May of 2006 as a Law Clerk, and his work includes preparing motions and applications to the Court as well as performing legal research tasks in the fields of Bankruptcy, Commercial Litigation, and other Civil matters.
