Biryla concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and construction litigation for the firm’s local, regional and national clients. Richard is one of two New York representatives for Network 50, a national organization of attorneys specializing in construction claims and related litigation – including mechanic's liens and bond claims – for contractors and suppliers. In representing a variety of Western New York businesses, he also handles transactional matters involving: corporate finance, planning and contracts; commercial and residential real estate; and estate planning, probate and elder law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA) and the Erie County Bar Association and its commercial and bankruptcy law committee. A native of Orchard Park, he graduated from St. Bonaventure University and the University at Buffalo School of Law. Mr. Biryla is the firm’s managing partner.
